【ステートメント】
昨年度の防衛省によるイスラエル製攻撃用ドローン（小型攻撃用ドローンⅠ型）の調達は、市民の力でなんとか食い止めることができました。
一方で、多種多様なドローンを組み合わせる防衛省のSHIELD（多層的沿岸防衛体制）構想のための兵器調達は続き、防衛省も輸入代理店もイスラエル製ドローンを候補から排除していません。
今年度は、小型攻撃用ドローンⅡ型・Ⅲ型という、昨年度よりも大型で航続距離も長く予算規模も大きい、防衛省にとってもイスラエル軍需企業にとっても「本命」と言うべき機種の入札が控えています。
現在判明しているイスラエル製候補機はUビジョン製のHERO120（代理店：住商エアロシステム）とエルビット・システムズ製のSkyStriker（代理店：日本エヤークラフトサプライ）。
今まさにパレスチナ、レバノン、イランで市民を虐殺し続けている兵器であり、輸入は虐殺と戦争犯罪への直球の加担です！
防衛省と輸入代理店企業の虐殺加担を再び食い止めるために、呼びかけ団体は新たにオンライン抗議署名をスタートし、そのキックオフ集会を防衛省前で行います。
わたしたちの税金で虐殺兵器を買わせないため、防衛省に抗議の声を届けましょう！

Last year, public pressure stopped the Ministry of Defense’s procurement of attack drones from Israel (Small Attack Drone Type I).
However, the procurement of weapons for the Ministry of Defense’s SHIELD (Multi-Layered Coastal Defense System) concept—which involves combining a wide variety of drones—continues, and neither the Ministry of Defense nor the import agent has excluded Israel from consideration.
This fiscal year, tenders are pending for the Small Attack Drone Type II and Type III—models that are larger, have longer ranges, and carry a larger budget than last year’s models, and which can be considered the “top contenders” for both the Ministry of Defense and Israeli defense contractors.
The Israeli candidates currently identified are the U-Vision’s HERO120 (distributor: Sumisho Aero-Systems Corporation) and the Elbit Systems’ SkyStriker (distributor: Nippon Aircraft Supply).
These are weapons currently being used to genocide civilians in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran, and importing them constitutes direct complicity in genocides and war crimes!
To once again stop the Ministry of Defense and the importing agencies from complicity in these genocides, the organizing groups are launching a new online petition and will hold a kickoff protest in front of the Ministry of Defense.
Let’s make our voices heard at the Ministry of Defense to prevent them from using our tax money to purchase weapons of mass slaughter!
